PROST! Gulp... ~ Burp! Oleeee!

Creativity, bravery and beers, three things we believe are the foundation of PROST!Denim. Not talking about some random Brewhouse or our secret addiction to alcohol, we're here to introduce new independent local brand.

Made by the end of 2009, PROST! has been online for 5 months. With four founder, Nizar Bustami, Chandra Dwi Dietya, Ade perkasa and Arya,Mukti Utomo, PROST! has launched two prototype, one jeans and one laptop sleeve. After few stupid arrangements, we managed to do an online interview with Chandra, and this is his confession.

What is so Indonesian about PROST!?
We use local raw products, like patch, buttons, and the fabric itself. Maybe for now this is the only thing we do for Indonesia.

What differenciates PROST! from other brand?
Our products were designed to fit people without looking too tight or too loose. Yeah that's the magic.

What is art to you?
Art is something that is so hard to be described. Because art itself is something universal.

We're stuck at the moment where Tessa has to study for her school, and Priscy has to do whatever she's doing right now. Yes. This month's campaign is BE INDONESIAN!
You live in Indonesia, you grow up in Indonesia, but what do you know about Indonesia? What do you know about our culture, tradition and art? Not to lecture but to share, we' are here to scream and shout what's forgotten and what's neglected. Not to wear Batik and show off, do you really know the meaning of each texture? Yes we'll talk about that, but now, let's see our design.
